International Initiative
TACKLING PERIOD POVERTY, STIGMA AND SHAME SINCE 2021 USING:
RESOURCES, ADVOCACY AND DISTRIBUTION
We envision a world where girls and women have free access to period education, resources, empowerment and products to sustain themselves during their menstrual journey.
The goal is to create communities that empower each other by being a part of this movement.
RAD continues on working with women and girls in Gaza refugee camp on providing them the support they need to manage their periods and menstrual health safely.

In the same year of 2021, we distributed and hosted a workshop at Alauddin Girls Orphanage to educate girls in the ages between 9-17 on menstrual hygiene and ways to find the right resources to educate themselves on reproductive and menstrual care so they decide how they want to take care of their health.
We also distributed products to nurses and patients at the Rabia Balkhi Maternity Hospital both located in Kabul, Afghanistan.
